Housed in an 1930’s Theatre, this listed building formerly used as a gala bingo. This was an exciting and challenging project.The building is listed so LBC was required we worked closely with the council heritage department and the cinema trust to allow the change of use whilst not interfering with the structure or aspects of the original design.
