Advanced Matting Systems for Climbing and Bouldering Walls.

We have carefully refined our advanced matting systems over many years to ensure reliable performance and long-term durability. Rather than using individual mats, we, therefore, install a continuous flooring system that is precisely tailored to fit the climbing wall; consequently, this creates a seamless and consistent surface.

The system is fully modular, allowing for straightforward and cost-effective maintenance—whether handled by your in-house team or, alternatively, our dedicated fitting and repair specialists. We construct it from three offset layers of foam, top it with a robust vinyl sheet, and finish it with a carpet surface.

This layered approach eliminates the soft spots commonly found at the joints of individual mat systems. It also enables users to rotate and reposition the foam layers, reducing wear in high-traffic areas and significantly extending the lifespan of the matting.

Our matting system is fully compliant with EN 12572-2:2017 and has been independently tested and certified to meet the required standards for impact absorption and attenuation.

We can provide an accurate quotation based on your plans, and once the wall footprint is established, we will carry out a detailed site survey. If the design evolves, our flexible system allows any necessary adjustments to be made on site without impacting the project timeline.
