Complete Matting System Solutions for Climbing and Bouldering Walls.

Our matting systems has been refined over many years. Rather than individual mats it is a continuous flooring system tailored to fit the wall. The system is fully modular and allows for easy and cost effective maintenance, either by your in house team or our fitting and repair team. We build up three offset layers of foam, cover this with a vinyl sheet and then fit carpet on top. This eliminates the soft spots that occur at the joints in individual mat systems and allow for the foam layers to be shuffled and relocated so that you don’t get excessive wear in high traffic areas. This extends the life of the matting.

Our matting system is fully compliant with EN12572-2:2017 and has been independently tested and certified that it meets those standards for impact absorption and attenuation.

We can give you an accurate quote of plan and once the footprint of the wall is down we will make an accurate site survey. If plans evolve, our flexible system means that any alterations required can be made on site without adding to the timescale.
