For the purposes of entering in to a pre-contract with you, whether this is in the form of an
estimate or quotation prior to a commission, or enquiry, we will store your personal contact
details in order to process this request.
How we store your personal information:
Your information is securely stored.
We keep names, titles and contact details including: email addresses, and, when gifted to
us, a postal address and telephone number. This personal information will be held
indefinitely or until review every five years.
If your attempt to contact:- Paradise Circus & has not resulted in a commission,
or a contract between us, or made yourself known to us, or to one of our agents or staff, within this five-year
period; your details will be securely deleted from our database.
We will automatically delete your contact information from any digital backup, at the end of
the five-year period or within one month from the date we receive your request to
withdraw consent. The contact details will be securely deleted and overwritten with new
data.
If after a period of five-years has elapsed, and we have received no follow-up to your initial
enquiry, any information you have imparted to us in the form of contact details or personal
information will be automatically deleted in totality at the end of the five-year period.
